Monarch nozzles
we used to convert the Bluerays to a yellow flame with a new combustion head. Make sure this was done. The Monarch CC nozzles were not critical to a yellow flame conversion. We used to use a solid pattern with good results. I believe the CC nozzles are still available. Try Monarch in South New Jersey. One supplier who used to carry tons of them was Antonelli Supply in Bristol, Pa. P.S.- If this is a warm air furnace, Take off the covers in the back to see if the heat exchanger has cracked. This is very important as almost all of them cracked with normal use. I knew a joker who went back to the same house for odor calls for months and never checked the exchanger, even though it was company policy to do so. When the covers were removed, the exchanger had more cracks than the Libery Bell.0 -
