Well, the new and improved, and hopefully error-free Riello BF3 burner post purge control is being installed in my burner today.
Has anyone had any experience with this new unit yet?
I do hope it doesn't prevent my boiler from firing....again....this time it is winter!
Guess I won't be going away for any extended trips for awhile...LOL.

I just had a problem ....
....with the new control. Yes it was stuck in prepurge. New burner right out of the box. It never fired just sat there running and clicked now and then. I pulled the control , did not need it anyway (chimney)It also came with a plugged nozzle but never locked out with the post purge control.0 -

Riello BF burners
I find it unbelievable more users of this popular burner don't have comments, in light of a class action in Canada over a problem with the previous control.
Does the AL 1009 cure the problem, for sure this time?
