dave,
I saw one at a local trade show, they looked pretty good. The packaging seemed strong and durable. I cant give any indication on perfomance. Of course the salesman was telling me how perfect they were, but that comes with any sales pitch. I use a Testo, works great. I also have the printer, give time and date as well as results. Nice set up. The Bacharach kit is nice as well, I havent used it but have seen it demonstrated.
I wish I could be of more help

U E I
Over the years I've purchased several UEI multimeters. They're low-priced, and they do the job - for a while. The kind of tool you might buy for an apprentice, until he learns how to take care of a good one. But I've never seen them as a really precision instrument.
My thought is that you'd be happier in the long run with the TESTO (which my partner and I like so much we each have one) or the Bacharach.0 -
Mr. Milne brought these.....
to my attention , just yesterday. I've not heard one way or the other if they are a quality unit , or not.
I've seen their electrical testing equipment, and think it is a good , and easy to use product. I'm just a little "gunshy" to using combustion testing equipment that I can't get any feedback about.
Wish I could be a "guineapig" and test them side by side to the things I know will work well. Maybe they'll give me a chance to side by side test their product? I would accept the challenge and report truthfully the results. Chris.0 -
well i got one....... ( new e-mail to )
the tester is reading off on the eff rating , it gives the temp and co2 and xcess air and co, all ok but i think i did not set it up right i will try again, it came with the printer infa red types time and date as well, i will try it awhile longer before i can grade it, it beats the old pump , hand work out and the wait, i like seeing the results change as i work it...ill' keep you up dated...David0 -
