Opportunity knocks!

Phone call asking if I'd be willing to speak to the senior high school students regarding a career in the trades - are you kidding? You betcha! They're only giving me 20 minutes though :(

    Also you get to use

both your hands and your mind. The result gives that wonderful feeling of doing something that came out like you imagined it. Education enables folks to end up owning a company and making something for themselves and their family. It takes a lot now days to run a company successfully.

    Our trades

    will be well represented.

How about taking along a 3 or 4 foot wrench and a 6" crescent. You could tell them there is something for everyone in between. As if you won't be able to fill 20 minutes-lol.

    Weapons of mass destruction!

A 4' Ridgid pipe wrench! That's a great idea & I might just take one along - they might expell me for taking a weapon to school though(G).

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm going to include them too. Can you imagine, for even one minute, doing anything else? No way.
