Congrats
That's on the East side of Balmore (native pronunciation) How long does that take to get to from where you're at. WW

I'll forward it your way tomorrow - the info is on the work computer system. Sound like nice people who want a pro.
They'll probably end up with a one-pipe schteam system!

Balmore
Bout 1.5 hrs, which we could handle if we weren't so darned busy. But, working in MD requires getting yet another license (or risk having your truck impounded when caught working without one) and we don't get enough calls from MD to make that worthwhile.
In the beginning........ Back in 79 - I had a York customer who owned three 4-story 70+ unit apartment buildings just north of Balmore. I worked as a one horse shop back then. He had a Russian maintenance man who spoke no English but knew how to handle routine repairs. The owner would schedule enough work to keep me busy for a full day's work and I'd sneak into MD under the cover of darkness to park my truck out of sight in the parking lots behind the buildings. Illias (not sure of the spelling) and I would tackle tasks requiring more than one set of hands together and we spoke the common language of working with your hands that all who do this work can speak fluently. It mattered not that we couldn't communicate verbally, each of us knew what the other needed to work towards our common goal - be it replacing drainage, a tub waste & overflow or installing a commercial gas-fired water heater. If I finished my work ahead of schedule, I'd head to the Inner Harbor for a late lunch at Phillip's Crab House. More often than not though, it was dark by the time we'd finish our list of work.
