Ultra boiler venting

In reading the venting supplement for the Ultra boiler, I find that it is not recommended to vent near any other vents, gas meters, and air conditioning units. The ideal spot to vent my boiler happens to be near the ac condenser, and natural gas meter and a dryer vent. What are the potential issues that could arise in using this "less than ideal location" to vent? Currently, my dryer vent exhausts directly onto the gas meter and condenser...is the potential issue more with the intake? Gas fumes, dryer fumes ect....? The other option would be to try and go up an existing wall...will 3" pvc go into a 2X4 wall? I'm sure you guys must run into this all-of-the time!! Any help/suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
Joe
