I sold my first munchkin and before I had a chance to install it we sold another one. This is kind of wierd, over the last couple of years my customers did'nt seem that interested. Now two of my most frugal customers bought. The high price of natural gas changed this.

tankless and radiant floor heating

I have a customer that is very interested in using a tankless electric water heater for a highmass(gypsum) radiant system. I have installed 3 Seisco units for smaller applications-garage living/with living courters above. This home is 3000 and has a heat loss of 67,000 btus. The problem for me is that the unit I have install have only been running smooth for a few months. My main concern is will these units last. Also, I am considering using a indirect water heater with prioity over heating. Can I rely on 140 degree water to recover a 50 gallon indirect. Thanks Jeffrey Campbell

Good lick with your first install. Just don't talk bad or say your Munchkin had a problem on "THE WALL". These guys think Munchkins are the second coming.
