Water Temp flow relationship

Can anyone tell me the mathematical relationship between water temperature and flow rate in a radiant floor system After doing the calculations i have manifold that has one loop that needs 115 degree supply and another that needs 95 degree water (mistake in initial design). I will supply the manifold with 115 degree water. I want the btu's to remain the same on the 95 degree loop so i need to cut the flow. If I raise the calculated necessary supply temp by 20 degrees (95 to 115) how much should I decrease the necesaary calculate flow rate.
