Radiant and Carpet

What is the best type of pad to use with radiant? A customer was tellng me about some "super conductive radiant friendly" padding that is on the market. Anyone have any info on this?

I had a sample of a black rubber product made from recycled tires. Can't remember the brand, and I haven't seen any ads for it. Real thin, the sample was in the shape of a tire, clever marketing.
