steam radiator problem

in THE MAIN WALL
I have six steam radiators. Only the top half of each radiator heats while the lower half remains cold. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be? Thanks, Dave

    How many pipes

    are attached to your radiator? One or two?
    Retired and loving it.
