insulation under slab

I'm looking at a job to convert warehouse space into office space. They want to pour 4" concrete over an existing 8" slab that is 50 yrs old (no insulation). They want a radiant floor. What insulation do you find best to use and could you be specific? Thanks for your input. Harvey
