Air trap

I am working on an old steam system. It has a return trap at the boiler and an air trap that is piped from the return trap. The air trap is leaking. What can I replace it with? The manufacture name on the air trap is JAS P-MARSH, Chicago, ILL.

    BUT.....

What's it leaking? There should only be air (at no pressure) under that vent.

Is the steam pressure being run higher than that system can handle? It should be under or about half a pound. For every pound of pressure you run, the waterline under that trap rises 28". If you see 2 pounds of steam pressure, the water will be 56" above the boiler water line in the returns, once the condensate starts coming back. That usually floods returns.

    Can you show us pictures?
