yuckey stuff. They want you all cleaned out before the thing is inserted you know where.

It is a serious thing, every one over age 50 should have it done.

Well time to go drink the nasty stuff. I will let you all know how it goes.

Hope all comes out clean..(no pun intended!)

Hope to be coming back for some classes in the Spring. Winter has taken it's nasty toll this weenkend and I ain't too happy about it. The drifts are approaching 6' at the side of the house. Hoping things will subside. I've got too much to do to be shut down by this flipping storm!

Good luck.
The liquid is real bland but isn't so bad. It is just that there is so much to drink it got to the point where I just didn't want to drink anymore.
Have them make a video for you, sometimes they will. Watching the progress up the ubes is a real blast.

Hoping for the best

This is a first time post for me on the Wall. I have much interest in hydronics and steam, and Dan's books are just wonderful.

But...to the topic at hand...

I had said procedure done when I was a mere 43; unresolved issues of constipation and liver trouble. As stated before, the diet/liquid 'purger' is the worst part. From whatever the doctor gave me for the test, I felt that I was awake, but rather blissfully unaware of any discomfort, and took a three-hour nap later. I, too, kept glancing back at the color monitor and asking the doc, "Where are we at now?" It was quite colorful.

Anyhow, the best outcome for your procedure today.

A guy really needs one here, the worst part for me was drinking the stuff the night before, good thing a friend told me to use crystal lite lemom mix and cold water or I doubt I could have got it down. If all goes ok you'll get the welcome " come back again in 10 years" One of those thing we have to do and worse yet pay alot to have done. Good luck and best of luck for finding nothing bad.

No pictures but I have video

All went well just one polyp which was removed and will be biopsed. They told me I have a very healthy looking colon.

I had it done at the local veterans hospital. They really treat you fantastic at our local facility in Providence.

Now for a nice Roast Beef dinner the bride fixed for me with some homemade apple pie.
