Triangle Tube Combo Heater--Have you had Success?

What do you think of them if you have used them. I have a radiant job where we need a direct vent product. I need the smallest "Delta-Elite", the F-25. (100,000 input)

What other good direct-vent oil-fired boilers do you use?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Have one on order to try on a small house, but haven't installed one yet. Another contractor in town has done a couple and said it was a quick install. They are not as efficient as most oil fired boilers we install, (Buderus/Veissmann/EK), and are designed more like a water heater than a boiler, but I guess I will find out how they work, on a lower budget dhw/baseboard job. Won't be installing it until Jan. or so. Let me know what you think if you beat me to it.

    Laars Max

I've gotten good results with the Max boiler although I haven't used one since it was made by Trianco. It still looks the same. I believe the smallest size is 105,000. The 3 smallest sizes are actually the same boiler, you just use the correct nozzle and attach the matching sticker to the jacket. I strongly recommend the thermostatic union which controls the flow of water through the boiler to prevent condensing, especially if you're using the smallest nozzle size.
