Viessmann venting

We have a Vitogas 050 Power Vent model.
Our mechanical room gets very warm. I'm guessing most of the heat comes from the Viessmann venting. There is about 5 feel of the Viessmann stainless vent pipe exposed in the room.
Is there some kind of insulation I can use to wrap around that vent piping? Obviously it will need to be quite high temperature-proof (how high?)
For the hot water piping (around the zone valves etc), can I use regular foam pipe insulation?
Thank You
