    greenhouse boiler

I think a Munchkin boiler would be great, Plastic outer case, inner components aluminum or stainless. Sounds fairly good match.

Munchkin or The new W-M ultra. The dunkirk Q90 has too many steel parts.

Nothing!!!! better to build a small \"boiler room\".

John, I have done allot of service on "greenhouse" systems both air and water and have never found one that will really hold up, it would be cheaper in the long run ie: service, parts, loss of plants(income) to remove it a boiler room. P.S. dosen't take long for a greenhouse to get cold, real quick. So any thing you do to help avoid problems is money well spent. Hope this helps John@Reliable

    I'd vote

to mount the boiler outside of the humid enviroment also. Even if the jacket, etc is plastic or rust resistent.

Electrical components, motors, switches, modules, etc may not be happy in the "wet"

I think a Munchkin 399,000 is available. Plenty of condensing tank type water heaters available in that BTU range.

    greenhouse boiler

spoke with someone today who feels that a condensing boiler isn't necessarily right because I have no drain or place to handle the condensate...remember this is an old gravity fed system...pit in the basement.etc..,,so ...where does the condensate go?

To a condensate pump, or some manner of lift station. Could be a simple $100 or slightly more type.
