No heat in Underfloor

I have a house that we installed 5 underfloor zones. We are running a 180 primary loop using a Tekmar 363 Mixing control.
One loop seems to be noticebly colder in the morning.
I am getting only about a 5 degree Delta T through the loop. I have the loops set at .5 gpm per circuit.
Anyone have any thoughts.
Thanks in advance,
Justin
