I would like all to know
That after taking a pretty amazing two hour tour of Heat Transfer Products factory, and warehouse, and a pleasant lunch with Jeff Cook, I accecpted his offer to go to work as a Technical Support/Customer Services Represenitive. In the future, if you have a question about Munchin, Superstor, Voyager or Contenders, I will be there to hopefully answer any and all of your questions.

Congratulations Chuck!
That is how I got my start with my career at Burnham. I can speak first-handedly that every day will be both rewarding and a learning experience. I manned the New England Technical Services position at Burnham for about 2 years before taking on the task of Manager of Training. Much of what I do today relates back to things that were discussed over the phone or in the field relative to technical services issues. I still relish the jobsite visits, because every single one is a learning experience and more often than not, ends up in one of my seminars. Good luck Chuck!

I wish you luck!
Even though I haven't sold any, having you there to answer questions may make me try one! Sorry to see you leave the ranks, though. There simply aren't enough good contractors out here. Tough to lose a good one like you, but it is certainly understandable.

Way to Go!
First of all, congratulations, Chuck. Glad you will be there for our calls. Met you once at one of those Wetstock gatherings. Good luck. This probably means that Jeff will be goin' fishin' more often.
Second, Chuck, what's your home phone number? HTP tech guys go home at 5:00 and sometimes the folks here on the Left Coast have a question or two late in the day. You could sleep with your cell phone on your pillow. ;-)0 -
Way to go Chuck...
better check with Noel to see which doctor prescribes the Prozac your gonna have to take now.....:-)0 -

Calls
Please just remember, when making those prank calls that you may end up with an innocent man on the other end of the line (me). Innocent-ME? Hah.
