check out www.alliedboilers.com

Actually Tim,,
No. Not really. It dosen't answer any of my questions.
I'm located in Natick MA. but, I'm sure that can be seen at the bottom of my post.
I did check the spces. on the EP series tanks and I find it curious that your tanks boast "Highest Efficency" but only "Fast Recovery" I'm not finding pressure drops either. Is there a PDF file somewhere with more info?
What grade is the stainless steel used in these vessels? Only 10 year warranty on the tank? Hmmmm. 1 1/2" of fiberglass insulation. Hmmmm. Why only the 10 year warranty?
Maybe I should have asked for best value SS tanks. Who's your vendor? E.mail me.

I assume you use Super-Stor since you are in Mass.
We use them for our everyday jobs, lifetime warranty, 2" foam insulation. I think its a good value.

WE HAVE A WINNER! and it is,,,
The SuperStor SSU.
I did the research and find it to be an EXCELENT value and for the money, A definate "Best Buy" for my clients hard earned dollar$.
Unpacked it today and was pleased with it's light weight. High marks for fit & finish as well. Big heat exchanger and low pressure drop. A truely "value added product"
My first HTP purchase. Look foreward to many more.
Thank you all for playing "Best Buy"

A dissenting vote.
Have you looked at the Crown MegaStor? Best value in this price range. Great quality.

Hey hb,,,
I did look at the Crown. Great tank. A little bit more money from my supplier. Would use if price would match the one from Heat Transfer Products. Only suttle differences.
Around here(MASS) I see HTP as the smartest business choice for us small contractors.
I should say that the BEST VALUE is the one you feel comfortable with. For me, It seems wise to use HTP tanks untill something changes.
