Clients gas bill is through the roof and thermostat placement is the in basement where the temps. reach 85 in three seconds flat.Please advise...

How do you lower the temperature of steam?

Vacuum. It would needto be a big building to be worth it.

relocate t-stat

Had a similar problem and relocated the stat to conditioned space above. WR stat with a lock out feature to prevent tenants from tampering also has set back for couple hours a night.customer has claimed dramatic improvments.Also check those main vents sure they're sized right not clogged
