Well..............I struck out on the 17th. All I saw was squirrels.

I did put venison in the freezer on Saturday though.

Filled the doe tag.

I'll be driving back to central New york on Friday to do some deer hunting. Taking my oldest son on his first deer hunt with the big boys. He's real excited. Should be lots of fun and hopefully we will have a photo or two to post by this time next week. Hope you all enjoy the holiday.

my 1st meal of this year's 3 pt buck tonight. 45 lbs of boneless tender ecstasy in my freezer. Suffered a misfire yesterday at 20 yds. AAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHH was NOT what I said ! Problem is now cured and back out tomorrow. Supposed to snow 3" tonight. Here's hoping:)
