God for helping mom beat the crap outta this cancer...my wife and kids...being able-bodied, to all out Vets..dead and alive...all POWs including Lt CMDR Michael Speicher, shot down over and Iraq in 91 and probably still alive. Dan and all you great guys....and most of all to the Greatest country to ever Grace the Earth...GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!! Mad Dog

    Thankgiving

    When we pause to give thanks it makes us acknowledge that we are indeed not self sufficient. We need God's help for each and every day, we need friends, we need family. When you consider who, and all, we depend on for our exsistence it is very humbling.

    Our pastor had a good sermon on Labor Day weekend that contained a lot of thoughts on work, workers and the value of what we do. He asked the following question. "Which person would you miss the most if he didn't show up for work one morning. The multi-millionaire movie star or the janitor that cleans your office?" He gave several other illustrations like that also. It made me think about who and what's important in my life and just who, makes the world go around.

    Give thanks for a the people who have jobs that are not glamorous or high dollar, but whom we would sorely miss if they weren't there.
