radiator humidifiers

I’m looking for some humidifiers for my radiators. I have the classical type of radiator that you’d think of if I said I had radiators in my house. I’m looking for something that would hook onto or go between the radiator sections. My parents told me about a type of container they used to have _years_ ago that would hook onto the back of the radiator between it and the wall. It would hold water, which was heated by the radiator and evaporated.

Needless to say I cannot find anything to do this, any ideas?
