Munchkin Lockout

Today we had our first winter weather of the year. More ice than snow. We had several power outages. With that I had 4 calls for Munchkins with the 925 controls on it with the F00 code. I was in a hurry and hit the reset and they took off. I am sure that this code was due to the power since they all had it. My question is, due they reset themselves or are they in a hard lock out that takes having some one reset them to get them to fire. Also does this happen with one flicker of the lights or does it take several outages to make it happen. 2 of these are in house where the people go south for the winter and that worries me a little if it is not caught right away. Just seems that these wonderfull boilers can do everything else, it would be nice if they were self healing.
