Slab Detail

Can someone tell me if there is any problem with having the vapor barrier on top of the insulation in a floor slab? The concrete guys first put down the foam insulation, and then put the poly over that. This floor slab is about 4 1/2' below grade in the midwest area. It has not been poured yet, and I'm not sure if its something that needs to be changed.
Thanks,
Chris

no problem
If the foam used is closed cell the plastic sheet can be either side. When working with compacted gravel below you'll end up with far fewer punctures in the vapor barrier by placing it over the rigid foam board. Enjoy...Dan
