disconnect the t-stat...
and see if you have a pinched wire...is it over heating the house/zone ?kpc0 -
Is this a gas boiler?
If it is the gas valve could be stuck open. Remove the wires from the valve if it still will not shut off the valve is stuck open mechanically. The valve needs to be replaced. Other than that you may have some wires shorted together some where in the system.0 -

Shut off the power. And CALL a heating contractor.... If your not a tradesman (ie) a professoional heating contractor you should not be replacing components..

Shutting of power
will not stop a passing gas valve from staying open. It is stuck mechanically. If anything shut off the gas.0 -
