Peerless Pinnacle Boilers

I'm installing a new raidant floor system. The boiler that I'm using is the Peerless Pinnacle. I'm piping the boiler up with a primary - secondary Loop . The boiler Input is 140000- Net output is 112000. Do I size my primary circulator for the full load . How do I do this. Thanks for any help.

    Primary loop delta T

I notice that alot of the gas-fired condensing boilers have a high pressure drop through the heat exchanger, and the manufacturers supplying or recommending high head pumps. What temperature difference are you guys that install these looking for, and actually getting, in your primary loop on these systems (at the maximum input)? Thanks for any replies, in advance!

Fred, Do NOT use the info in the installation instructions provided by Peerless. Go to the Peerless website and then to the pinnacle page. On that page is a link? to download and print a nine page installation supplement that has the CORRECT piping and preesure drop curves. Select apump from there..Then call your wholesaler/rep and ask them why they did'nt tell you about that. I had a post on the wall 6 weeks ago about this and it was kicked out quickly.
