Is there such a thing as a reducing steam 45?

Is there such a thing as a reducing 45 steam fitting from 1 1/2 to 1 1/4? If not, is it bad form to use a 1 1/2 to 1 1/4 black malleable bushing on a 1 1/2 steam 45?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Depends
if the condensate flows from the larger pipe to the smaller, you need an eccentric bushing or reducer coupling to keep water from accumulating. If it flows from the smaller to the larger pipe, an ordinary bushing or reducer works fine.

The condensate is to flow into the bigger pipe, so that's not the issue. I'm afraid the question is simpler and dumber than that: do plumbing supply stores sell reducing 45's and if not, can I mix a black malleable bushing with a steam 45?
Thanks,

The bushing should work fine
I've used them, never had a problem.
