Sold a great job

We are doing the plumbing and heating for a good customer who wanted some options for the small house he is building on his property. This house will replace the carriage house that burned last year.

We talked about different systems and I worked up some numbers for him.

Buderus direct vent with panels, Buderus with panels and radiant in the baths, and Vitodens with panels and radiant in the bath.

Just so he could see whats available I gave him a price for a Vitodens with all radiant.

He wants all radiant with the Vitodens.

Never under estimate the customers desires, guys. This will be a great job for us for a wonderfull long time customer. I simple showed him what was available and let him make his own decision.

Pictures to follow.

Scott

    Congrats Scott

It goes to show, you never know. Some customers want more, (or less) than they let on. I've watched it swing both ways. Thought I had a radiant floor job sold a week ago and the customer called me to cancel because he was going to try to do it himself with supplys from the internet. No problem and good luck. I'll be around to help pick up the pieces if he needs me. On the same day another customer went with me for an upgrade on a boiler replacement even though I was above the other bidders by $500. I thought that one was lost. You never know what's going on in that squirming gray matter in the customer's sugar bowl of a noggin. WW
