I asume you have checked for draft, enough combustion air, firing rate not too high?? We have had problems with mice getting into them. They cook out but the nesting material needs removed. Sometimes we have disassembled the boiler and reinslated.

    hydrotherm boilers

    i've recently worked on a couple hyrotherm boilers of the commercial varity one, and modular and on all the burners seem to have flame roll out in the front and some in the rear and have checked every possible solution to curng this has anyone else had to deal with this on this type of boiler.manufacturer rep no help thanks
