Trouble bleeding radiators

I can't seem to find the screw which will allow me to bleed my hot water slant fin radiators--I've pulled off the casings and can only find the pipes. Does anyone know exactly where to look?

Problems with bleeding radiators
Hello:
I have a forced hotwater radiator system in my house.
I noticed today the radiator in my daughters room wasn't fully heating up, that is to say it only heats up the lower half of the unit. After checking all of the radiators around the house I found 3 of 5 radiators upstairs exhibiting the same behavior. I proceeded to try and bleed them and found they won't exhale air. Even with the vent fully open it won't emit water. Is it possible these 3 radiators are somehow internally clogged preventing water flow up through the upper half the unit?
I would appreciate any information or clues you can provide to me on this.
Thanks in advance!

Just a thought. With everyone trying to save money on heating, is it possible a previous owner or someone turned off the valves that feed those lines? I found valves all over my basement and noted some were turned off. However, if you have been there for a while, and the heat has worked before, that is probably not the reason.0 -

not enough pressure to get up to top of radiators, have someone adjust auto fill valve so there is adequate pressure to reach the top of system.0 -

Bleeding
Is it a single pipe system (except Monoflo)? If it is, the radiator is likely bled as a whole zone elsewhere. Try to follow the piping of that zone until you see a valve for bleeding the air.0 -
There are two pipes under the cover.0 -
Piping
You need to see where it goes AFTER it goes through the floor or wall to determine that. If there are no water shutoffs or air bleeding valves on your baseboard radiators then there should be a spot elsewhere on the circuit where they can be bled.0
