Mark was right...I had a ton of air in my system..once bled it was fine...thanks Mark.

    I have a three zone H/Water system and one of the circulators will run but no hot water is getting to the room that it services. Anyway that I can check to see if the pump is running properly. I can hear it run and see the shaft turning....but...no hot water...my other circulators are fine distributing water to the other zones...thanks.

    It is rare...

    that the impeller falls off, but it has happened. I suspect air binding first.
