Caustic alkalanity

dear sir,

How much caustic soda flakes (weight) is to be added to get the 300 PPM alkalanity in one tonne of water. (assume that the water do not have any alkalanity)

How much trisodium phosphate (weight ) is to be added to get the 50 PPM phosphate ine one tonne of water. (Assume that the water do not have any phosphate )
