Josh,
pack up and move to Boston where you, your skill and obvious patience for detail will be most appreciated.
You cut, cleaned and sweat all that with no helper?
Safety issues alone dictate two or more men.

Again my hats off to you.

There is one tool you need to demand from your boss if your going to do jobs like this alone. PRO-PRESS.

I can't imagine what you'll do with that tool...Taj-Mahal

Just finished this one... 100 years from now I hope someone revels at my work. Someday someone will come in and see all of my perfect 4 inch copper joints without flaw or solder drip... Then they will place a level on my work and notice not one pipe is out of plumb. And they will never know that I am only 22 years old... But they will know that I was good at my job and that is enough for me... Anyhow this is aprox. 100,000 square feet of radiant splendor. I actually put a design in for this project for another company that was bidding it but they lost the project (I guess the other guy thought he could just buy me... Well he was right!) No I really just wanted to install this baby... Anyhow what you are looking at is a 4 million btu/hr boiler and two different variable speed mixing circuits for the radiant floor. Also there is one high temp air handler for fresh air. With all that in mind this was a very frustrating project! Not because it was too complex but the fact that I had to install it without any help in less than five weeks. I got it done but I am really burnt out... Well hope you enjoy.

    Nice work, Josh!
Wear this one like a badge and keep it in your portfolio for your resume. Someday (soon I hope) you'll get paid what you're worth!
Btw, if you hone your business acumen anywhere close to the degree with which you've developed your skill in the trade (and maintain them both) you'll have discovered the golden goose! No bull!
Very nice work. Best of success in the future.

    Nice werk!!

Look up Paul Pollets in Seattle. He'll pay you what you're worth...

By the by, if those are 00 pumps in the crossover, you'd best have 20 PSI or better in those lines, or turn your motors 90 degrees. The bearings don't like running without water.

I can see why you're burnt out. You musta been burning some midnight oil on that puppy. Now, Imagine what it would be like to have to go home and do 4 hours worth of bid work and 5 hours of billing work, and you're self employed!!!

Been there, done that, don't want to do that no more...

    Nice work Josh,

you've learned the mechanics and probably the theory of the trade very well! One small observation, let your work speak for itself, not your mouth.

Thanks guys... You know I get so much critisism from the jealous tin knockers I work for. Your compliments mean more than you know!
