no heat

I have radiant heating in my home. The house is about 14 years old. I have a 2 level house, with floor heating on the bottom floor and base board heating up stairs. the system has 4 zones, 2 up and 2 down. 3 of the 4 zones have heat. The one zone upstairs has no heat, all the valves and pumps are in working order. I have a feeling there might be an air lock in that one zone.
What can I do about it? Any help would be greatly apprecated.

Low water ?
look at the pressure guage on the boiler. if it reads less than 12 PSI you are low on water. A stuck fill valve may be the cause. Get the pressure up to 12 PSI and then bleed the air out of the BB's.0
