tank
you must make sure the tank is total empty of water becase the can pull a vacum when draining like a glass in the dish water turn up side down will hold the water intill the vaccum is broken jeff0 -
could be
fill valve is stuck on. drain tank, fill system to cold pressure, shut off fill, watch pressure as system runs. If it creeps up it's probably tank. If not, probably fill valve.0
