Water coming from air vent

in THE MAIN WALL
Replaced boiler, two days later water is dripping out of the steam radiator vent on one of the radiators that is the closest to the boiler headder.

    what is the level in glass ? maybe the steam trap on that rad failed shut or is plugged.
