damper for furnace

I am building a new house and am installing hot water heat. Using cast iron radiators, gravity circulation, wood fired furnace which I have already built that burns five foot long logs.
Need input on the following:
I want to control the fire with a non-electric damper actuator; the old type that has moveable weights on a long arm. I would buy this new if I could find it; used would be okay.
Any help in locating the above and/or advise will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Paul
