Remember last week I was telling you fellow wallies about one of our customers wanted me to look at their heating system after some clown changed it over from steam to hot water, (with some of the steam only radiators installed)
Well, we couldn't save that one. WHAT A HACK JOB!Anyway we're setting this gentleman & his family up with some vintage cast iron to correct the problem, and get it cooking the way it should. But fear not! The homeowner has rental next door with a one-pipe steam system. EEE-HAW!
Worst case scenario, amatuer night again! Pressuretrol setting was higher than nuts on a giraffe. 5#!! Main vents not working, and astronomical fuel bills. Homeowner asks "Do you think you can get it working properly? The fuel bills are killing me!" I just grin and say " No problem!"
