High Pressure Steam License

I have been to trying to find out from the great State of Maine what the requirements are for acquiring a High Pressure steam rating or license with no success. They are to busy to return a call or e-mail. If anyone out there can give me the info I would appreciate it. I already hold a master oilburner. Thanks.
