Trianco Heatmaker Mark II
Have a customer whose unit completes operating start up sequence... runs for ten seconds and then shuts down.
I don't want to pull my hair out... please help!!!!
Thanks very much in advance.0 -
ck out
ignitor, which is also the flame sensor, with an ohm meter.
also, cross-contamination of vent/intake.
and, flameholder. Usually if this is bad it ignites with a bang and then goes out, sometimes not.
is it smooth running for the 10 seconds ? does it actually light ? what gas is it burning ?0 -
Circ Pump
Check the circ pump and relay. If I remeber right, that thing will trip a high limit awfully quick, if you are not pumping water through it.0 -
if
by running 10 seconds you mean blower running then check air. the ignighter takes 17 seconds to warm up and allow the gas valve to (click) open. thats after the purge cycle of 15 seconds.
any red lites flashing?0
