I've only read the "high" points, but therin lie the very reasons we WON'T be seeing truly American boilers setting anything but low efficiency records.

To most of it I believe. Still under negotiation however.

Most of the info I have has come from traditional media sources. Even the extremely conservative local newspaper has been running articles about "energy company political contributors getting big-time paybacks", "conservation measures deleted", "massive tax breaks for the largest energy companies", etc., etc. Much more liberal St. Louis newspaper even more critical.
Biggest "winners" seem to be those poor struggling energy giants with the general public picking up the tab for their subsidies. Granted I don't agree with the other extreme on the issue but I was hoping for more than bandaids and reach-arounds.

Hey, let's not be so hard on the oil, coal, gas and nuclear folks. After all, they did provide much of the money needed to get their guys elected.0 -

But the alternatives...
...don't seem any better. The parties seem more polarized and narrow-minded than ever.0
