    Just wondering how you guys are finding service from testo, I have found it to be quite poor. Just ordered a new thermocouple for my analyzer and was told 3 to 4 weeks. Also, last time i had one sent in for service, took almost 6 weeks to get back. This is why i went to Testo in the first place, due to poor service from the other mfrs. Talked to the mgr yesterday, he said they are trying to get back to their 48 hr turn around. Hmmmmm, we'll see.
