Open Hydronic Systems in Connecticut

For some time now there have been those of us that continually have been asked about open hydronic systems specifically "Radint". In the past I was aware that it wasn't legal here in Connecticut but I had a customer ask me to find it in the code book because he couldn't. Well I couldn't either. It's not in the code book by rather in the Public Health Code. I would suggest that those of you in different states check of the Public Health Code. I still feel it may be open to interpertation.
