any oil gurus out there?
I'm not sure if the avrage oil dude can help out with this, I know most guys don't check CO. So, what does it mean if I have to crank the pressure to 225 to get the CO from 600-800 range down to just over 100? Also, the Co2 came down from high 13s to 12.7 where I stopped. The bummer is I have a 2 smoke. It's a Viessmann BEA-35 with a 1.00 nozzle.
That's what's got me stumped, when I set it at the factory recommended 150, it ran like a dog.
Thanks for any comments,
Gary

Nozzle specs
Did you install the excact nozzle as per specs (Degree & spray pattern)?0 -
Try a different nozzle, even if you have a new one. Sometimes they can be off center and cause all kinds of problems, replace with same spec and retest. Hope this helps John@Reliable P.S. I assume all other set-ups are correct ie: air intake & plenty of air in boiler room etc.0
