No Flow through new circuit HELP PLEASE

Hi! I moved into an old house that had old baseboards supplied by 3/4" copper. I purchased 3 new Buderus radiant panels with 1/2" compression fittings. I needed to use the old 3/4" copper to supply these new panels. Now that I have everything hooked back with the new panels there is no or very little flow through the circuit. I was initially worried that switching from a 3/4" pipe to 1/2" pipe would cause flow issues. Here is how it is run...
Supply to each panel is 3/4" copper. I convert to 1/2" PEX which connects directly into panel with compression fittings. Return is the opposite - 1/2" PEX to 3/4" copper. This switch occurs 3 times in the circuit because there are 3 panels.
Except to that, everything appears to be working fine. The other 2 circuits from the same heater are working fine.
Any suggestions?!?

What is the system pressure and how many feet above the boiler are the panels?0 -

Are you sure you have the flow setter valves set right and all the air purged from the system. You didn't mention what size they are or how long the loop is or what was there before or if the circulator is working OK. Re-read the instructions and make sure of the settings. Set them all to full open to start and balance from there.

The panels are only about 7 feet above the boiler, the flowsetters are completely open, and I purged all air from the lines. It was hard to get all the air out because who ever installed the original circuits didn't install shut off valves for each one.
Any ideas if this still doesn't work? Would the panels being 1/2" and the rest of the system being 3/4" cause any issues?0 -
Oh yeah, system pressure is only around 12-20 PSI anything over 30 will blow the emergence valve.0 -
Got drawings...
Use MS Paint and make us a simple line drawing of how you piped it. Sounds like a possible configuration problem from where I sit.
