unimatch feed

When installing a auto feeder you are given a set of orifices...the 1gpm /minute one would be the one to use for the 1000 sq. ft. and less boiler. What would be the harm if it was not used and instead had the 2 gpm factory setting? ...I realized after that I left it out.. I would hate to have to rip it all apart. can I just restrict the fill valve? kpc

You can ......
.....over fill the small boiler. Did you also set the switch for the LWCO that's being used?0 -
unimatch
If you follow the instructions on setting the delay and the amount of feed for the feeder, it shouldn't make much difference at all....except....as an "industry expert" who does investigation work when a boiler fails, the first thing I look for is if the equipment is installed "per manufacturer's recommendations. Enough said!
