Hot Surface Ignition

The contractors that service gas heat just wondering how many different types of hot surface igniters you carry on your truck? Seems to be alot of stock you must carry to service gas heat, how do you bill the customer if you don't have part and must go to supply house to get it?

    Carrier, Trane, Weil mclain, burnham smart valve igniter. + Appx 6 different Robertshaw replacement igniters.

    1 Amana
    1 Janitrol
    1 Williamson
    1 York
    1 Dumb Valve

    I think you get the best results using the factory ignitor if possible. There are 2 warmup times, 17 seconds & 34 seconds. The factory ignitor is designed for the particular control that board uses.
