controls for radiant heat

in THE MAIN WALL
Installing radiant heat in new addition to my house and up to deciding on how to control it. Seperate loop for each room [4 bedroom 2 bath kitchen/dining room] with seperate thermostats. hooking up to existing boiler for now. Hope to switch to Munchkin in future. looking for something which would adjust water temp to outside temp. Is continous runnig circular a good idea? Cost to run a circ any consideration. Any ideas greatly appricated.
