I am looking at the submittal for the Raypak and have the following information for you:
@10 degree delta T 22gpm with a pressure drop of 14.7
@20 11 3.8
They don't recommend going beyond a 20 degree delta T
Hope it helps

Raypak Boiler Piping help
Have a Raypak boiler Mod# 133A-T 136,000 BTU. My issue is that I have a boiler that sings. It really sings loud when the smaller of the two zones run. I Have two oo7 circs pumping away.My boss seams to think that a primary loop with a 007 circ,with the other two circs on the secondary for the two zones would eliminate the problem. However,nothing can be certain without knowing the required flow rate needed to pass through the boiler.So to get to the point,is there anyone out there who would know of such a piping diagram for this boiler or where to get it,or just know the flow rate needed? Help would be greatly appreciated0 -

need to pipe boiler loop with own pump(primary loop) make two zones secondary loops with closely spaced tees.0
